Tasty Tuesday! (It’s coming!)

The first of my Tasty Tuesday videos (which will sometimes be Natural Feeding Friday’s when posted on a Friday of the month) is coming next week! I’m super excited and had LOTS of “help” from Bondi 🙄💕

Keep in mind I have a lot of beaks to feed so you might be sizing down some of these recipes - although this one is intentionally intended to go a long way!

You can view my cookbook here to find these recipes ahead of time.

If you want to upgrade within 30 days I believe they will just charge you the difference. Double check with customer service though info@birdtricks.com

Hi bird tricks I’m looking into getting your beginner pack in digital form as in the uk and don’t like waiting, but what would happen I’d I wanted the Advance ate after as some of the items are the same ☺️

Sallianne

Yes, definitely! The digital version is available here: <a href="https://birdtricksstore.com/collections/health-and-diet/products/natural-feeding-system-digital-download" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://birdtricksstore.com/collections/health-and-diet/products/natural-feeding-system-digital-download</a>

Ah, excellent ideas, thank you! I don't have your cookbook yet, but I am keen to get it. Do you have a digital version available (I'm in Australia). No problem if not, I just thought I'd check before ordering 😊

Claire, I would say include things that resemble seeds and spray millet such as quinoa or couscous, chia seeds etc. if you have my cookbook already definitely pay attention to the recipes where we used the budgies as models because those types of foods are best incorporated! 🌱

BirdTricks

Omg! I don't have a bird but I'm still excited for all of this information!

I made my first batch of chop in late December which is now in cubes in the freezer, so my two budgies will continue to get the same meal every day until March! I'm trying to add in a little snack when I can (fruit or a tiny bit of trail mix), and I give them millet when we're training. Every day the pasta and chick peas end up on the bottom of the cage 😄 I don't know whether it's just taking them a while to come around, or if I cooked them wrong (or they didn't freeze well), or if they just don't like them, period! I'm any case, they're stuck with them for another month though, unless I start picking them out... 😕 I'm looking forward to getting some new ideas here for my next batch! Anything that you've found to work especially well with budgies would be most welcome 😊

A food processor and a knife is all that's needed for this. You wouldn't want to use a blender as it won't chop, it will blend to a puree texture and moisture is the enemy in this recipe since it does get frozen.

Question - if I wanted to follow you along in your video, what kind of kitchen appliances should I have? I currently have a knife and a blender 😅
