Hmm, a typical timeframe I am not sure exists. With our budgie we made areas for her to get herself to since she was clipped so she learned within a few days or week. Other birds maybe a couple weeks since they start off being able to fly and learn "crap, how did I get here and how do I get down" lol.

We try to intercept but our ceilings are 9 feet high and he flies high usually. He is doing good going from stand to us and back but the bad landings are rough to watch.

My son is 9 and already babies her. π Right now we are working on flight training her because she is very much a Velcro bird and she wonβt stop flying to my head. So thank you for this video.
