2022-11-02 21:57:12 +0000 UTCSo when they level Skill Taker, Teacher put in enough Self-Evo Points to level it up once, and it leveled up to 2. It says the success rate increased because Skill Taker only has a 50% success chance at level 1, 55% at level 2. He then maxed it to level 10, where it has 100% success chance. I think the translation might be missing a few words here and there to make that clearer. (It doesn't say the success rate of WHAT increases)
