Fun fact I don't know if you picked up on this; but if you rewatch the season 1 finale where Fransis was trying to buy the gifted permit off the president, and the president refused and also mentioned it was "Natsume sensei" who got them the permit which is also the name of the man and writer that told Odasaku to stop killing and write.
