I hear it's only going up from here, so I am hype! Eternity Devil is terrifying af, I agree. It also knows what it is doing in this situation. I can't wait to see some other devils too!

Although I do agree that everybody besides Denji and Aki and Himeno pissed me off this episode lol, I think it's psychologically realistic but this shit calls for some nuts getting kicked. Kobeni needs to get some nuts temporarily so Denjji can kick her in them a few times. With Himeno it's a bit different, her caring more about Aki than Denji is a type of being kinda insane that I respect for some reason although that's just me and it's very fair if other people don't feel that way

2022-11-16 04:41:04 +0000 UTCSo if you can believe it, this episode covers what I would consider to be the lowest point of the manga. In my opinion, it's all uphill from here. The next episode is where the manga really grabbed me, so I'm excited for anime onlys to hit that point too. I love the scenes of Aki and Himeno talking about smoking. There's so much character building to dig into their. (And don't feel bad about getting Himeno's name wrong. I got her name wrong after finishing the whole manga still.)

2022-11-16 02:36:12 +0000 UTCFinally got to watch it! Man this really hits different for me like everything with Kobeni and they really played up all of Himeno & Aki scenes. Loving the music so much, Eternity is way more terrifying than I remember it being and aaah oh boy can't wait for a certain scene next time, definitely 1 of the most memorable ones in Chainsaw Man! And of course the 6th ED is a bop just like rest.
