Also, to be fair, everybody was useless back in the hotel with the eternity devil, or at the very least Aki could try to use his sword but whether that would work out wasn't guaranteed. Anyways, did you mean Medaka Box when you said Madoka box? That was a great series.

I have been waiting since forever to see this animated 😂 obviously she's contracted to the monkey devil how else she got those moves lol, absolutely based but I also just wanna hug her. major props to the va that part of her having a mental breakdown was impeccable and the framing of the shots dang shit gets me more emotional now 😢 new ending song is from Aimer!!! The endings never miss.

To really emphasize how busted Makima's ability was, the distance from Tokyo to Kyoto is almost 500 km. She killed 30 people easily at that range. No kidding that's a bullshit ability. And hey, Himeno did say that Kobeni had the skills to make it as a devil hunter, just not the mental fortitude for it. Also, fun fact about the ending, it was animated by one guy. Masanobu Kiraoka. Really incredible work, it's some of the smoothest animation we've seen in these endings.

2022-12-06 22:51:45 +0000 UTCLOL the author just shared on Twitter that Kobeni was supposed to use Arai as her shield, just like she used Denji's body later(no she wasn't going to use the chainsaw). But at the final work it was potrayed like Arai protected her instead. Kobeni has a very interesting yet flawed personality(just like everyone in the show), she was forced to do this job and seems doesn't care about anybody exept herself.
