Added 2022-12-20 20:35:04 +0000 UTCMan, I'm going to miss this after next week. This show has been phenomenal from Episode 1 and beyond. Right from the jump it has captivated me and many of you, too. I don't know if it's the clearly insane world the character live in, the unique and strange premise similar to the level of Dorohedoro, or the insane fights and animation brought to us by MAPPA. All I know is I have LOVED this since Episode 1 and I'll be picking up the manga that covers the anime. I NEED to see what this is like in the source material. Enjoy the reaction.

Does anyone know if there will be a movie before S2 and if it continues the story or is it non canon? I'm a bit sad S1 is over next week :(, this is one of the series where more episodes would have been better as long as enough material (manga chapters) are there. Like Overlord I would have wished a 24 episode Season. I've looked over the Manga Volume chapter names and It seems we get 4 Volume Seasons (Correct me if I'm wrong)? And with 12 Volumes this would make 3 Anime seasons?

More fights for Aki, Makima remote killing those yakuza and just walks away cooly. Best girl Angel is here at last! It was cool the anime gave denji & power extra scenes in the underground fight since iirc they didn't show up again for like 1 or 2 chapters, so hyped for next week also I believe the final ED will be by Eve I can't freakin' wait!!!

In the manga chapters for this episode, there're actually not the scene where the young yakuzas got killed by Makima remotely, they added that and it makes totally sense, just to enhance the presence of Makima as mastermind of this operation.
