I can't keep up with all these shows sometimes, even though I really love them. 😆 I remember hearing the name, but couldn't remember if it was in the show or on discord. Lol. I figured it was the Goliath robe. I was just stumbling over words due to hype. Lol. I really like her skill, too. It's CC is top-tier. It came in clutch.

Haruhime went Turtle Mode with the Goliath robe, it's only shown for a few frames. I think Mikoto's Futsu no Mitama is the coolest skill/spell of the series. It's not OP, it doesn't do very much damage, takes a while to cast and is hard to keep channelled, but it looks amazing and can hit through a lot of resistances.
