Added 2023-03-02 16:35:21 +0000 UTCI LOVED Yosano's flashbacks and characterization, and how it connects to Mori along with the country wanting to use gifted people to evolve war. I can totally understand where she is coming from when she doesn't want to work with Mori again.
I also love that the Agency gives these refugees and orphans a place to belong, and to find their own purpose. So damn good! How will this meeting with Francis go in the next episode? What did you think of this episode?

That makes sense since they base a lot of characters off real people and their traits. I still don't like it. XD

2023-03-02 22:21:24 +0000 UTCIIRC, the reason Mori is the way he is, as well as the reason Elise manifests as a little girl is because the real Mori Ougai was reportedly a pedophile. Elise is also a reference to another book Ougai wrote called "The Dancing Girl" which features a German dancer named Elise. It's odd that the mangaka chose "Vita Sexualis" as the name of his ability when "The Dancing Girl" would've made more sense. Vita Sexualis was another erotic story written by Ougai that seemingly has no connection to his ability.
