He's been CG since he put on the armor. It's about on par with Black Summoner which I thought had good CG. At the very least it's a better job than how badly they did the final episodes of Kumodesu.

And the Headmaster's daughter has been into him since he saved her while he was still fat so she at the very least would still have been into him.

Also when Kaori apologies for feeding him cuz she realized it was an indirect kiss but I think you already figured out later on.
