I'm curious if we will see more of them playing the game together, too. What did you think of these 2 episodes?

I figured as much. Happy to hear it's only a couple years, and he is likely 17 or 18. If he was like 15 or 16, I'd have an issue with it even if it took him until 17-18 to get feelings for her as that's a whole other can of worms. XD Just happy to hear he is on the verge of being legal age. Good stuff.

2023-04-27 21:27:59 +0000 UTCThis whole "age of legality/consent in Japan" thing is kind of a half truth/myth. In practice the age of consent is around 18 most of the country (the country is split in prefectures and each prefecture has it's own laws/statues/rules or however you would call it). Aside form that yeah, their age difference seems a lot worse simply because it's "high-schooler and college student" but it's only around 2 years.

2023-04-25 13:09:31 +0000 UTCSo age-wise, she's like 19 or 20 (pretty sure it's 20 since that's drinking age in Japan) and Yamada is a senior which puts him at 17 or 18 depending on when his birthday is and what semester he's currently in, so honestly not as bad as what you're thinking. By the time he would even get to that 'romantic" mentality, given how his personality is at the moment, it wouldn't be an issue, not that I think it would be anyway considering the miniscule age difference and the age of legality in Japan
