Now I think about it, maybe it was Megumin who inspired these axis cultists to con people like that later in the story lmao. Since you mentioned Wiz, the wizard that the Father talked about, who had the mastery on explosion magic and had an item shop in Axel, was indeed her. IIRC, theyβre much more Easter eggs like that in the LN(name drops, mentions), but we donβt get them in the anime adaption, idk why.
