2023-06-06 19:34:08 +0000 UTCVery perspicacious on noticing the painting, to give a context to those who don't know much about the Japanese mythologies: the painting is about the Japan Genesis, also Takahara is a reference to Takamagahara, the Heaven in Japanese legends, their logo of Crow with three claws is the famous Yatagarasu. I explain it here because it's quite apparent for Japanese audience, it's not a spoiler. Btw, if you look through the menu of Juichi(literally 11), it didn't get translated, there're something they had already witnessed, for instance "the hotel that serves human meat" in the ep 1&2. So it suggests what he said might not be all lies.
