Black Clover Openings 1-13 FIRST TIME Reaction

2022-03-03 19:42:09 +0000 UTCThe thing to keep in mind is that this was the FIRST major role for Asta's voice actor, Kajiwara Gakuto. So he came on a little strong in the early episodes. But he's gone on to voice other main characters in Fire Force and Komi Can't Communicate, and won awards. It does not take very long for the yelling to get toned down, trust me.

2022-03-03 04:23:15 +0000 UTCThe series is on hiatus, it will be coming back, likely at least a couple years though. Its because anime caught up to manga, and author doesn't want filler for the series(not 100% sure about last part).

2022-03-03 02:51:58 +0000 UTCYeah its newer,it started airing in 2017 iirc. Its one of the few long running non season segmented anime ive seen come out in recent years, the one to 2 arc per segmented model really has been embraced in modern anime which has its pros and cons.

2022-03-03 01:06:35 +0000 UTCNot gonna lie I dropped this in ep 1 because of Asta's over the top voice acting. Everyone has said that it gets better in that regard though, and the few fight clips I've seen are really well animated. Might give it a second shot.

2022-03-02 21:37:38 +0000 UTCBlack clover is fun its not that ground breaking but it's got that long running solid shonen vibe of the 2000s and early 2010s that you dont see as much anymore in newer anime . Id certainly be down to see you cover it,2 is probably my favorite opening.
