That stab to the back of her neck, she might have actually understood what happened, but is just faking for Menou. Well slow buildup always delivers when everything explodes :D

Not really much to say since I don't want my dumbass to accidently let something slip but there was throughout the episode very little things that if really thought about may lead you to figuring something out before it's revealed at some point
