I'm confused then. They said the father has fallen ill but then we learn Flare killed their leader. Unless they are talking about their main leader? The mom I'm betting was a Lost One.

I could be remembering wrong but I believe out of all the 4 human errors Pandemonium is considered the worst but not strongest so just a little info on that. Also Manon's mom wasn't the leader of the Fourth in this city it was her father but hopefully they don't skip over something about the mom in the comping episodes. Want to also say Orwell didn't cause one of the 4 human errors but used a portion of one to try and accomplish her goal, what happened to Menou's town yes was caused by Orwell but that isn't even comparable to how bad a human error can be.
