My thought was maybe since every time she restarts the world basically to a certain point that it also "resets" the times she has used her ability basically resetting her times using it to zero. I say it was my thought but then something happened in the LNs that I don't know if it proves my thought wrong or is left as a huge question not answered but hopefully it will at some point. Now thinking about it I want to say something was said in the most recent LN around the usage of the powers but can't say so for certain.

Menou always talks about having to find a Way before Akari loses Control over her Concept of Time due to it getting to strong by using it to often. But if Akari already used it for Dozens, Hundreds, Thousands of Attempts to rewind Time, and it still looks like that her Concept is fully under her Control without running Berserk, then maybe its special because of its Property (Time) or her Soul is just exceptionally strong, or its something else.
