Maybe he means this has all been a dream (even though it's reality), and Faputa eradicating them is the awakening he speaks of. Just how will Made in Abyss S2 conclude and set us up for a Season 3! What did you think of this episode?

That moment was so good, agreed. I'm trying to take a neutral approach, but I feel like they had it coming.

2022-09-01 01:06:19 +0000 UTCFor me I'm fully on Faputa's side mainly because I just really enjoy her character but also since I'm just a viewer of all that's going on I was never in that position the Ganja group was in so I can't sympathize with them and also I just don't like them haha. Want to say though the moment Faputa was giving her little speech to everyone gave me goosebumps, her VA did an incredible job in that moment.
