Ryūen´s has to do with what they mentioned since his Name Ryūen Kakeru is written in Kanji as 龍園 翔 : The name Kakeru consists of kanji that mean "soar, fly" (翔). Kakeru's surname Ryūen consists of kanjis that mean "dragon" (龍) (ryū) and "garden" (園) (en).
