2024-05-17 22:56:28 +0000 UTCMystery Inc is definitely the one to really check out, so so good and Wyatt really brought the creep factor up to 11 with his backgrounds and designs. If you ever want to check out a a more classic style Scooby, I’d highly recommend What’s New Scooby Doo? It’s often regarded as the second best, after Mystery Inc, and it really brought Scooby into the modern era (though it has definitely hit its dated status nowadays do to how early 2000s it is lol) Don’t knock Be Cool Scooby Doo either, at least for a personal watch. Many people, including myself, were very quick to judge the show. I know on the surface the art style makes it look like one of those Family Guy ripoff shows, and I’ll agree I’m not a big fan of the art style, it’s what I’d call a mirage. The show was written as a comedy and it’s genuinely one of the funniest cartoons I’ve seen in the past few years, arguably the Scooby series with the most clever and consistent comedy in my book. Definitely a misunderstood gem.
