2024-07-27 01:54:31 +0000 UTCI know, it's gonna be lit. They're really paying homage to the OG comics. They've got Batman in his original costume, and they even got the original chunky Alfred. Oh, and the villains look absolutely sick. Penguin, Catwoman, Clayface, Harely Quinn, Gentleman Ghost, Onomatopoeia, just to name a few. God, I wish I didn't have to wait another week. Also, yeah, your cup runith over.

2024-07-23 18:44:55 +0000 UTCThis is inarguably the best version of the Rat King in any media. In the OG comics, he was just an unnamed homeless man with mysterious powers. In the 2003 cartoon... his origin was WAY too complicated for a one-off villain. Fun Fact: the 2012 Rat King's design is based off the Scarecrow from Season 3 of Batman the animated series, who, coincidentally, was also voiced by Jeffery Combs.

The small amount of mutagen he was using had already been altered by him to be more of just a psychic ability-inducing formula. When it reacted with the electricity, the explosion blinded him, but also gave him his permanent psychic powers, now strong with rats due to the slight remaining original mutagen properties. His now deformed appearance is really just due to him being trapped in that fire, plus likely some slight mutagen effects.
