2022-03-18 19:27:59 +0000 UTCWhile waiting for Tom Hanks to grow his hair and a beard and lose weight in between the first half of the film and the second half, Robert Zemeckis also made an entire thriller film with the same crew to keep them going during the hiatus -- it's called "What Lies Beneath", starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Harrison Ford. If you've not seen it, I recommend it. :-)

There's a Tom Hanks romantic comedy called 'Joe Versus the Volcano' costarring Meg Ryan that is funny, strange, and delightful. It's a total fairy tale and should be watched like one, suspending disbelief and just going with it.
