All three show up in the 2003 series. Renet is more or less the same in both versions. Only I think the 03 version is a little older, like 19 or something. Lord Simultaneous has a little more personality in the 03 series. Depicted as sort of a grouchy, middle-aged man, but with a heart of gold. Sort of like Avatar in the movie "Wizards". You ever seen that? Honestly, I like this version of Savanti Romero better than the 03 version. He just has a lot more personality and the 03 Savanti is one of the more forgettable villains in that continuity, at least in my opinion. See, in 03 Savanti made his debut in that series' 3rd season, but premiere episode also featured a secondary villain who really stole the show. Also, said secondary villain, who was an original character made for the 03 show, went on to star as the main antagonist of a 5 part story arc later on. So, 03 Savanti was kinda lampooned in favor of the new guy.

Only there they come from a dimension called Null Time and their powers are just straight up magic. I don't know why, but for some reason the creators of the 2012 version wanted to keep things Sci-Fi as much as possible.
