2024-11-24 21:30:15 +0000 UTCLord Dregg was an original character made for the 87 cartoon. He replaced Shredder as the Turtles' main antagonist in the final two seasons of that series. As far as I know, he's never appeared in the comics, but he is a fan favorite.
