It seems like Komekko is a big deal, she will eventually summon Host. What Zesta heard from Aqua was all true, she addressed to an old man asking money for the guild fees(S1 ep1), Zesta heard it and sent Cecily here. That's Wiz indeed, she's a lich. That's another skipped content from the S1, she has been in the graveyard at night to guide those wandering souls. She would be caught by Aqua later and Aqua would take her job.
