yeah that was initially the idea, but they retconned it so the realm already existed he just created the land of ninjago. Basically a continent, but theres areas in the ninjago realm in which he didnt create. It'll make more sense in the future and the reason as to why they retconned it will be more clear

2023-12-21 20:19:46 +0000 UTCCole's voice actor didn't change this season. He will be different next season. And about FSM, I’m not sure, but I think that in order to create Ninjago, there was only an ocean in this world. And FSM created precisely the land for people.
