I did point him out, but I forgot about him looking at the news then at Rouge and Naomi, so he is probably one of the Immortal Nine or maybe he works for the organization looking for Rouge. I'm also curious about Rogue's older brother.

The animation is on point as well as the ost i just hope the story continues to grow
