2024-03-08 03:33:27 +0000 UTCI think you might be referring to the Seacons, but I don't know that much about them. As for the quote, it's a line from the 1992 film "Candyman". It's about a supernatural being called the Candyman who relies on people believing in him in order to exist, so he violently murders anyone who tries to disprove him in order to keep his legend alive. The titular villain was played by the incomparable Tony Todd, who also happens to voice Dreadwing.
