Ahhh they ripped ya off the thieving bahstahs! 😅I remember something similar from my own younger days... Back when I used to collect CDs, I remember heading down to HMV at like 8am on a Saturday to buy the latest Cascada album, or The Nolans reunion album when that came out! CD's used to have a basic price of like £10, then went up to like £12.99... and this was around the time streaming became a thing, so while I loved the prestige of owning an actual CD, it just seemed like a waste of money! I still have all my old CD's, and I remember buying each and every one! I used to blast them out loud in my car when i had it! 😁vinyls are back now though, aren't they? Everything comes out on vinyl now... But I am jealous that you lived through such a great era!

LOL But it was part of a con !! LPs suddenly Jumpt up from 3 quid to ...5.49 !!! so ya paid 5.49 for one LP from then on!!
