Yes, this is a (another) turning point for Walt. Though I have to say, the killing at the end was more of a "noble" act, I think he really wanted to save Jessie, or keep him from the burden of killing them himself. But in general, he is really turns to fell "comfortable" in his role, getting greedy with the money. leaving his moral doubts behind more and more. And unfortunately Skyler is only enforcing him by getting into the business herself, "legitimizing" his actions.
