This movie was kind of nostalgic for some people because it looks a lot like some British TV shows in the 60's that used "Supermarionation," a kind of electronic version of a marionette. Shows like 'Thunderbirds' and 'Stingray' were popular with kids, even if the puppets were creepy. What is it with the British and creepy puppets?

2022-12-13 08:50:47 +0000 UTCBecause of how silly my home country has been lately with it’s ups and downs, I don’t even really attend fireworks shows or anything like that for the 4th of July anymore lately; instead I watch Team America: World Police like it’s a holiday tradition now; like watching the Grinch around Christmas, etc. 😅🤷♂️🇺🇸
