Dr. Oberon was played by Jack Black, the voice of Po, the Kung Fu Panda. He's been in some other fun movies like 'Tropic Thunder' and 'King Kong', but 'School of Rock' is his best one IMO. The stuff Spencer put on his hands and neck that you were wondering if it was perfume was Purell, which is a brand of hand sanitizer. The thing he put in the console game is called a "game cartridge" which were phased out before the 21st century. They had instant load time but were a lot more expensive to make than disks. Oh, and Cindy Crawford is still da bomb.

2023-02-12 05:31:46 +0000 UTCFun reaction Dasha! I actually kinda groaned when I first saw this was coming out. I thought “Oh no. Not another remake”. But this movie was great. Especially Jack Black playing a girl! 😂 I actually think I enjoyed more than the original. Not sure if you noticed, but the older Alex at the end was played by Tom Hanks son, Colin Hanks. Who was also in an episode of Band of Brothers.
