An already 8 foot tall Karlach takes a mixture of elixirs to gain some power, getting MUCH more than she bargained for as she grows and mutates into a massive, muscular but curvy 25ft foot tall, 5 ton giantess. As she takes in the sheer size of her monstrous buxom new form, she wonders if the better stats outweigh the drastic transformation of her body.
