No one else has said anything so I'll take a stab in the dark at this: The figure is small bodied, thin fingers that do not appear to have fur or claws (even wearing gloves they need to be pretty thin), and so this is probably a human. We know of only 1 other human so far (Elisabeth) and she was gone somewhere for a while and only just returned. I think she is the killer since she was trusted and could get close to the king without him expecting anything, though if she was in her right mind or somehow brainwashed or enspelled I cannot say.
