the black pill for me is that if you transplanted a person from the 19th or 20th to today- their intelligence would be near cripplingly useless to most of the machinery of our society- rather than succeeding, I think they’d end up even more anxious and depressed than most people already alive today haha they’d be like a motor reved in neutral- cause what use is there for people of the caliber of our grandparents? They’d be literally just an inconvenience to most things, and only useful if they’dve been lucky to land a position in the world where their education was useful. I say this because I know extremely intelligent people who are all indoor otaku autists and most college professors are useful midwits. We’ve literally lost a cultural reason for intelligent people to be put to use I think.

The movie portrays stupid people as knowing they are stupid and happy to defer to smart people. Real stupid people are generally the opposite on both counts, regardless of sex. If the movie portrayed stupid people realistically, it would not have been a comedy... also probably would have been X rated for portraying cannibalism and gang rapes. We already know what a whole continent avg IQ 75 looks like.
