No worries, these things happen Imon. The ending was one of the best parts of the episode anyway. Also I assume the "bug" was placed to spy on Madani's previous boss Ponyboy Curtis who had the office before her. Agent Orange probably would have wanted to keep an eye on him since they were working together.
