Sorry but I won’t have time for extended exchanges in order to make it work, that’s why I took this one click install option …I’ll find another way, but I am quite disappointed :(

Like many others I paid for a one click install that simply doesn’t work : Roop worked fine on my pc, this version isn’t starting at all … Please fix it, or give us our money back : The promised content is not delivered.

im uncertain why it is trying to download torche 2.5 with cu124.. the installer should be cu118. RUn the free system checker and send me the results

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==2.5.1+cu124 (from versions: 2.6.0, 2.6.0+cu124). above is the only error i got after running the roops window install. I did install the pytorch 2.5.1 separately still the same error.

Yes you should uninstall anaconda as it is not necessary. Then reinstall miniconda making certain to check the button that says add to path

For some reason i need to open anacond and active conda there. Then if i open command prompt it works. If not then it just says conda isnt found

It looks like your system is installed correctly although I didn't see anything about conda. What happens when you open a terminal window and type conda?

same happening to me everything seems fine after it says press a key it dissapears and nothing happens after that! Tried opening the "roop-run" file it just opens and closes in a second and nothing happens! And yes I have python 3.11 installed.

I subscribed to get the one click roop-floyd. I have windows 11 and it doesn´t work for me. I always get stuck where it says: press any key to contine... I press one and the command window disappears. I have tried several times. where can I get support? I can send screenshots if it helps. I used roop-unleashed before and it worked fine, albeit just on cpu. I don´t have a dedicated card for images and video on this notebook. I also have facefusion on this Notebook, could that possibly cause a conflict? I receive this ERRO: Insight-face package installation failed. Press any key to continue.... and when I press enter the window disappears. Suddenly it works, I executed the Python run exe in the roop-floyd folder and it started Roop in my browse, I don´t understand why, I am just thrashing around in the dark, but hey, it seems to work great! Why?

You need to go inside the script and change it to work for Mac. Currently at the moment I don't have a Mac installer.. though I might be able to make one later if you come to discord and remind me. The easiest thing at the moment would be just to take the script and throw it into chat GPT and ask it to convert it into a Mac file

Okay yeah you basically need to install your entire system. You need mini conda, git, cuda, and ffmpeg. The same place that you got this system checker, there is a system installer that you can get and will install all these things for you. Otherwise you can go watch videos on the YouTube channel and it will show you how to do all of this,! :)

It likely means that you're missing something in your AI setup. Run the system checker at the top of the page.. it's free and can be found on the disclaimer page 10 to the top. Send me the results and I can take a look

At the very top of the get going fast page.. that's this site that we're on.. there is a system checker. Download it and run it and send it to me and I'll take a look at it. I don't really know enough about this stuff to get it going, even with the getgoingfast setup. First the pip needed to be updated to 25.0, then the pyproject.toml does not run right with exit code 1. I represent the absolute know nothing about python user :). I have to install python three times just to get it to work in CMD prompt. Had to use the Windows Store to make it work btw. So yeah, no clue how to make it work. Makes me wish I had not done a full system reset earlier last week, when I had a perfectly upgraded and working program prior to the github purge.

I am 100% sure that there was a younger release in January. With this release you could change more options (like choosing something else than Imswapper128 for exemple) and it was a lot faster (like 3 or 4 times faster, which was fantastic, it was almost instant).

I am disapointed : this is not the very last release. The issue with this is that it is very slow compared to the very last release of January 2025. Have you any plan to publish the very last release ?

It means you're not in the right directory. I haven't had problems with this installer before so I'm wondering if something just is off. I'll take a look at this a little bit later today when I'm home
