"Shouldn't we help him?" "No, he loves to tread water." Taken out of its literal context of the painting and applied to the way people think they want to change but often fall back into their usual patterns of behavior. Not really moving forward just treading water.

I think for y'all, not saying much during this show works out fine because y'all always have a nice little discussion at the end where y'all equate it to your personal life or real life.Plus I'm sure it satisfies those viewers who complain about y'all talking or laughing during the show lol

I'm sure you caught it in editing, but it looked like you guys missed a hard hitting line at the end of that trip sequence!

Its nice that you believe its not too late for Bojack to change. I wasn't in the happiest place in my life when i first watched this show and was really invested in if he could get past his issues to change things. Todd's understanding of Bojack was mature yet sad. It was also sweet how you guys got emotional at the parenting parts. I guess now that you've gotten to the first of the penultimate episodes i'll let you know you can always try to be on something for them, they are usually a trip of some kind!

This is the first of some extremely heavy episodes in this show. Even re-watching I tear up and I hardly ever feel so emotional towards media. Truly a special work of art and I think you guys may fall in love with this show
