This ruling, n tandem with the other ruling against stability AI, could possibly be a double punch against the AI industry.
The first one claims that Stability did indeed use copyrighted material and with the intent to duplicate. The second one states that there are no legal protections against technology that is created specifically to circumstance copyright protections.
