The first one claims that Stability did indeed use copyrighted material and with the intent to duplicate. The second one states that there are no legal protections against technology that is created specifically to circumstance copyright protections.
By putting these two together, you can see an argument forming that would try to define an AI model as a technology specifically created to circumvent copyright.
