Also the reason why there was only 404 instead of 405 is because Hisoka hurt the guy that bumped into him and that guy couldnβt go on with Phase One of the exam so by default he was disqualified. Hisoka isnβt a nice person but he is an amazing character! Any one can take the Hunter Exams, they just need to pass the tests. So basically if youβre bad or good it doesnβt matter you just need to pass. It has nothing to do with youβre sense of morality at all. I hope this helps :)
