He doesn’t feel pain or anything and he’s smart enough not to go all out, he’s very dangerous but he doesn’t kill unless it’s necessary or he’s paid to do so. The needles are just one of his tools for assassination. Hisoka and illumi are best friends though, illumi is the only character Hisoka respects and vice versa, but they would betray one another in an instant. Friendship is messed up. Illumi is one of the coolest characters in the serie. Get ready for some real action. From episode 42 onwards is really dark
