For Jesse, Walt has betrayed him, as far as he knows, by killing Mike. Never mind all the other dark secrets. For Hank even worse of a shock, thinking Walter was Mr. Chips and then turns out to be Scarface, like Vince Gillian likes to say. It's fucked up and those of us that have been through betrayals know how emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and mentally scarring it can be, and we know how impossible it is to heal. Jesse is the one taking it the worst even though he should have seen it coming a mile away, and Hank at least discovered the great Heisenberg.
