the original creators dropped out the netflix series adaptation. which is totally fine bc nickelodeon funded the original creators their own studios aka Avatar Studios. meaning the original creators will be creating more animated series/movies in the avatar universe and will be streamable on Paramount+. so yay!

Choosing her mission over him isn't proof that she doesn't care. But the Earth Empire is more important to her than Bataar. If she didn't care, she wouldn't have been bothered a bit about her choice. But she was. You can see her face quivering when she says that she loves him. And she sighed sadly after the deed was done. Facial expressions and body language don't lie.
