For instance, a lot of manga with underage characters in highschool with some deliberate sex appeal, those are generally made for highschool kids of the same age to consume. Like, highschoolers date and look at each other and such without actually having sex or doing anything illegal, so they tend to treat sex appeal as something more innocent than actual sex. That's the impression I get anyways.

At the end of the day he's clearly drawn to look like he's in his early 20's, acts like he's in his early 30's and is one of the most beautiful characters out there. Anime absolutely has a serious age issue, but tbh it's moreso the loli culture that I think is really problematic, as they genuinely look like children. Whilst with character's like Giorno it's way more comparable to say Vision, who is technically 0 years old yet has a relationship with Wanda.
