Discord server is now ready

Although it looks like most of you have already connected your Patreon and Discord accounts and joined the server, here are instructions on how to join if you have yet to do so:
In Patreon go to your profile settings page, then go to the apps tab, where discord should be listed. Next click the connect button next to Discord, and a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to log in to your Discord account(or register, if you don't have one yet). After logging in/registering, you will be given your Discord role and should have access to the server.
It should be immediate, but if a few hours pass and you still can't access the server, there are some troubleshooting options:
Log out of Discord, and disconnect your Discord and Patreon accounts(by going to the same place where the connect button was). Then, log back in to your Discord account, and you should have access to the server.
