Klaus is such a complex character for someone who was initially just suppose to be a short villain who gets killed off. He can be charming, crazy, emotional, witty, all the above. Despite his bad actions towards his siblings, he’s the only one that’s never and will never try to end their lives permanently. Joseph Morgan is an amazing actor is an understatement.

2022-08-05 22:56:35 +0000 UTCthat dance scene with elena and damon is so iconic and it's also rare and refreshing to see elena genuinely just enjoying herself without a care in the world. i love bonnie to death but she made elena feel guilty for having fun with damon for no reason in that scene. elena was learning how to control herself while feeding and was doing a pretty good job, while having fun. everyone around her is acting like she is in the wrong for learning how to be a vampire and gets kinda annoying. it might've not been her choice to be a vampire, but it's in her best interest to learn how to properly be one without going off the rails and the best person for that out of the brothers is damon, for obvious reasons.

2022-08-05 21:20:11 +0000 UTCKlaus' treatment of Rebekah and his constant temper tantrums were the reason why I could just never really like him, even if he has a lot of great moments and Joseph Morgan pulls off the character SO WELL. I feel so bad for Rebekah, honestly. She deserves better!
