I have some news for you. Unfortunately, not very good.
Yesterday I received a letter from a big well-known company with the letters "W" and "G" in its name. Its content boils down to warnings, threats and a list of actions I am obliged to carry out. Their main argument is our kindly correspondence via PM. So thank you, unknown kind soul, for reporting this to the right place. And a separate "thank you" to those who immediately after the release rushed to share it in Telegram channels.
At the moment the situation is as follows: we have been given an ultimatum until December 19th. Its terms are obviously impossible. Of course, I deleted all the Gifts, but I don’t think that’s gonna solve the problem. The prospects are unclear, but it is obvious that the're not the best. However, I won't make any guesses yet.
So, in case my page on Patreon is blocked, I will outline the main points in advance:
1. Once again, from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank all of you for supporting me over the years. For your subscriptions and kind words. It was really very cool and I want to say THANK YOU! You are the best! :)
2. Whatever happens, the December releases will be done and will be available at this LINK. Be sure to save it and by the end of the month just take out 2-3 of the regular monthly releases from there. If I still have the opportunity, I'll announce them here as usual.
3. If the strike still takes place, then I will be in touch on Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and I also respond fairly quickly via PM on MMF and Cults3D sites.

But seriously, They certainly have some clear differences and are not replicas or copies of models. If the issue is with the distribution of the files. You can use other distribution platforms (not cults, MMF etc) that do not heed to big companies and use patreon with them like the makers cult do with printedwargames.com Anyways hope it all goes well for you and don't stress to hard. I would hope they would not do this before Christmas but they are heartless.

All that said, I'm sorry to hear this and hope your patreon is still safe and if not I hope to still follow you as I love your sculpts so much that i just finished painting a few for some 15mm wargaming. I hope to try and download the content in time and to see your work still continuing. ❤️🥺

It’s been banded around that any information used to highlight your indiscretions are being supplied to the said company by a subcontracted 3rd party who are conducting the reverse image searches and social media data scrapes. Be careful not to overreact to a ‘heavy handed’ letter.

Some people in the 3d printing community are really scum, your Patreon is already top quality for a low price and they won't even pay for it... Have you considered telling big corpo to get lost ? Gamza did it when he got his letter and nothing happened after that because they are so cheap that they don't actually want to pay for all these court expenses and they prefer using their legal team to bully and harass people.
