For this, a rather high price had to be paid - the removal of all the heroes, which at least somehow resemble the Space Marines. And, yes, it was the DMCA claim from GW, officially. Their next strike will most likely lead to the final closure of my page, this was also said quite officially. During these days, you sent me a lot of links on how to deal with this, but all this was beyond me alone, and it was easier to delete the indicated miniatures. There will also be news on all issues that cannot be discussed on the Patreon site.
Due to all this running around and the sanctions imposed on the page, the promised space warrior hero is canceled, in place of it there will be an August release with Desert Hawks. It will be on the very last day of the month, but don't worry, all links will be active and available in September.
Well, once again I want to thank everyone who has supported me all this time. There were a LOT of kind words and advices, so many that I could not answer all of them personally. This is really great to know, that I'm not alone at this battlefield. Thank you friends! I will end with the phrase of one French military marshal of the WWI times, who just learned that his son died at the front: we will continue, gentlemen.

Ultimately, the community will pay GW back by pushing things to the absolute legal limit, which, let's face it, is not in GW's favor. Keep up the good work. Yet you can't use non GW minis in tournaments and now this! I guess they're not inclusive to either the demographic of individual who can not afford their over priced minis or those who will not pay for their overpriced minis. It's like you can be of any race but if you're poor or smart and don't buy their stuff your not included. There is an article out there on the rise of GW and their success story. If they don't change their attitude quick I'll be reading an article of why they failed. Can't wait!

I don't think you can go wrong if you keep making great human miniatures like the Desert Hawks. Also, I think that you-know-who won't have any incentive or even legal standing to come after your clearly unique and original 28mm humans.

They are think they own sci fi men in power suits. It's nothing more than bullying and fear. After all even if it went to court and they lose can someone afford 100k plus in legal fees after two or three years. They done this before with a small to medium sized bits company.

That is sci fi more so sci fi things that have men or people in power suits. They are trying to bully but are not going after medium or other big companies only smaller creators.
