The sort of thing where someone would ask for their record to be changed, knowing that there will be parts of that change that they won't like, but also bits that make it all worth it. You could even have the witch give her "toy with the mortal" clause up front. "Yes, I can rewrite it so that you were always a girl, but in exchange you have to let me turn you into a horny dog girl."
