Switch to Monthly

Hi everyone!

We've been making some small adjustments to the Patreon. The most significant is that we've switched to a monthly campaign. There's a few reasons for this:

Not every video is created equal. Sometimes we spend a week on a video, sometimes we spend 4-5 months on a video. That's animation, baby!

It's also because we, Jonathan and Danielle, make videos together and separately. We share a lot of the same expenses. We share a bedroom and pay the same rent, and eat the same food (sometimes out of eachothers' mouths) and, if even in a limited capacity, both of us touch everything we both make. We fly under the same flag, with a delicious Cookie adorning it!

We really appreciate your support since we began last year. We hope to reach our next goal of $550 soon. We are working on a lot of videos (and 1 video game!!) right now and will do our best  to keep you guys updated.

You two are my favorite youtubers, and have been for 2 years. I have a job now so rest assured as soon as my first paycheck rolls in you're going to be getting a new sponsor!

I think this makes a lot of sense for what you're doing. The "per-creation" model seems like it only works in very specific cases. If you're not putting out content too regularly, you don't earn enough money with it. If you're putting out content TOO often, like daily or several times a week, then people are less likely to support it because they'll be paying more often. So this is cool, I hope it works better for you guys!
